Meet the Owner
Yevgeniy Ivanov’s approach to remodeling is rooted in a lifetime of exposure to the craft. Raised in a household where hard work was emphasised, he grew up watching his father, a longtime general contractor in the Seattle area for nearly 25 years, transform spaces with care, patience, and precision. From helping remodel his own family’s home to working alongside experienced tradespeople, Yevgeniy developed an early appreciation for how thoughtful design and skilled execution come together to create dream homes.
His professional path began hands-on as a subcontractor, where he refined his technical skills across flooring, kitchen, and bathroom remodels. He later worked for an insurance restoration company as a project manager, leading and guiding high-value renovations and complex remodels that required coordination, problem-solving, and clear communication at every stage. That combination of field experience and management perspective shaped the way he approaches each project today.
At Modera, Yevgeniy brings a calm, detail-driven mindset to every remodel. He places equal emphasis on material selection, thoughtful design, and finish quality as he does on creating a process that feels smooth and enjoyable for the homeowner. His goal is not simply to complete a renovation but to deliver spaces that feel cohesive, intentional, and well executed, with an experience that reflects the same level of care.
Outside of work, Yevgeniy enjoys cooking with his wife and following Formula 1 as an avid fan of Max Verstappen.
